When inserting a link, there is an option down in the bottom left hand corner to open the link in a new window. If you don't check this box, the link opens in the existing window... and you are taken away from the GRC site. Which may be fine, and it depends where you want to take your reader, but I've noticed both styles of link here and thought it worth a mention (not least because I prefer links that open in a new tab/window!).
