Here is a photo of a WD Baldwin on its first outing at the Summerlands Light Railway  And again pulling the afternoon mixed goods  Some months later, we fitted a Summerlands Chuffer - and here is the result: A couple more photos of Roy Wood's loco - now called "Vulcan" owing to the fact that the burner originally sounded like a Vulcan bomber! The burner has been been wrapped in fine stainless mech which has quietened it somewhat.   |
